Job Description : Job Description Must have 10 plus years of experience demonstrating leadership and management experience in SAP technology project delivery capacity including remote and off-shored teams management in Global delivery model.8 to 10 years in a corporate IT environment10 years working with SAP technology and infrastructure planning Experience of operating within a SAP service delivery role, providing administrative and customer facing support across a number of delivery processes Deep understanding of ITIL based Service Delivery Processes and FrameworkExperience working in a Managed Service environment Ability to convey decisions and requirements succinctly and appropriately Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the Customer and Accenture organisations Requirements gathering, project planning and management, solution design, configuration and customization of SAP products Opportunities management / Bid management Technical analysis and documentation of integrated systems Providing expert advice on SAP functionality, change management and other advisory services Suggesting solutions to customer based on best practices Working closely with the applicable team members to perform day to day service management activities for a designated customer basePMI/CAPM or PMP, PRINCE2 certification is a plus.ITIL certified is a plus.
