Our schedulers are responsible for coordinating services between clients and caregivers, implementing schedules, ensuring adequate staffing, and maintaining continuity of care to best meet the needs of seniors.
We are searching for someone who can match our clients with the best caregiver. As simple as that may sound, it requires a rare talent of understanding the needs of our clients while also considering their personality and how they will interact with our team of caregivers.

This role will report directly to our chief operating officer and is located in our Wheat Ridge office. Benefits include PTO, a generous 401k match, and quarterly bonuses.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of assigned cases by ensuring total coverage for all clients per client’s schedule while working with each client’s care team, collaborating with internal team members and family members to ensure quality of care, continuity of care, timely service, and peace of mind
Work closely with caregivers to find the right long-term client/caregiver matching and ensure consistency in scheduling.
Ensure timesheets are accurate prior to payroll and/or billing each week.
Confirm schedules/shifts and electronic tasks daily and reconcile any deviations between the schedule, telephone logs, and task lists.
Recognize outstanding job performance and promote Caregivers recognition.
Communicate concerns about Caregivers or Clients to the HR team, Client Care Managers, or Agency Managers.
Document calls/notes in our scheduling software to ensure all staff members are current on the status of all schedules, as well as Client or Caregiver issues.
Compile and report on assigned metrics for weekly/monthly scorecard review.
Participate in on-call duties.

Requirements

2+ years scheduling, customer service, or administrative experience; supervisory experience preferred.
Home Care experience is highly desirable.
Outstanding interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.
Strong problem-solver with ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to remain flexible, resilient, calm and maintain a sense of humor in all situations.
Ability to generate goodwill for the Agency with staff, clients, their family members, senior living communities, and referral sources. Demonstrate a strong commitment to client service excellence.
Proficient in modern software applications (Microsoft apps, Google apps, Slack/Teams, etc)
High School Diploma/GED required; College degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
