Job Description : Hours: 8-hour shifts (Saturdays are required)
Pay: $25-31 (depending on experience)
Reports To: Operations Manager
A Field Manager is an important role in the functionality and leadership of the operations of the day to day. This person provides guidance and leadership as the Field Manager. The Field Manager is responsible for the growth of the region, and the health and culture of the team. They are also responsible for the overall performance, both positive and negative of the team.
This role has the authority to impact the employment of our staff. Employees will be hired by our recruiting and HR team and terminated by the General Manager and HR Manager.
PRIMARY DUTIES

Monitor the overall growth of the Franchise and work with support team to grow accordingly
Partner with our Dispatch team to deliver satisfactory performance and follow through with staff
Partner with Payroll to ensure proper pay amounts are authorized and shifts were approved correctly.
Uphold company standards and ensure that all items such as 88U, core values, onboarding new sites, billing, report management or other items are executed per franchise and FG standards.
Responsibility for the franchise fleet and ensure that trucks are in safe and working order. This includes maintenance concerns, lightbar installations, replacement flat tires and totaled vehicles
Work with Customer Service team and follow up with our client base to ensure client culture. Meet a total of weekly or monthly goal of client visits and touches and accurately notate accounts and effect and track changes made to client reports and sites, and effectively communicate these changes to the S88Team and provide training and support.
Follow up with clients to ensure they are getting the service and the customer service they were expecting in person
Meet quarterly goals put in place by the General Manager
Participate in regularly scheduled meetings organized by General Manager, clients, sales, and other team extensions
Host quarterly reviews with team members and hold accountability for employee performance
Responsibility of guard carding and all submissions that need assistance
Perform the written documentation for each employee for disciplinary concerns
Responsibility of the key inventory for sites and overall access
Management of uniforms and other inventory items. Also responsible for office and truck supplies

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY

Must possess an active Guard Card or be willing to obtain one within 60 days
Possess a valid driver’s license and insurable by the company standards
Must keep a pleasant and composed attitude dedicated to service
Must feel comfortable and confident when handling critical conversations
Proficient in basic technology office needs

Maintaining composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff and the public, occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations.

Must undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks, controlled substance testing, and behavioral selection survey, in addition to any mandatory licensing requirements and site-specific requirements.
May be required to work overtime without advance notice.
May need to adjust hours available to meet with team members
Required ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Keyboarding, basic computer usage and operating controls.
Seeing, hearing, speaking, and writing clearly in order to communicate with employees and clients, observe and report incidents, and direct others.
Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching.
Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds, occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds, and additional lifting and/or moving ability
May be required to use vehicle for the performance of duties.
Depending upon assignment may be exposed to inclement weather or be required to work in environments or under conditions that require the use of protective gear and devices and/or awareness of personal safety and safety of others.
May be exposed to or required to handle sensitive and confidential information.
