The main responsibilities of the Operations Deputy (OD) are scheduling, employee management and client relations for all assigned sites. Each OD will have clear sites (accounts) for which they are responsible. OD’s report directly to the Operations Manager but will also follow any requests or directives from other members of management.

Cascadia Global Security – Audere est Facere (Dare to Do).
Role and responsibilities:
OD’s must keep in mind that CGS’s primary focus is customer service. This entails communicating with the client of each site to effectively meet their needs. At most the OD must communicate with client every other week, weekly for primary sites.
OD’s will provide bi-weekly site updates to the Operations Manager.
OD’s will update and maintain the employee schedule for all the sites at least two weeks in advance.
At the beginning of each shift OD’s will review and approve the previous day’s employee time approval and summary by shift reports in Track Tik for each of their sites. Issues or discrepancies will be addressed immediately with employees.
OD’s will accept new accounts under their supervision as assigned by the Operations Manager or direct supervisor.
OD’s will be expected to attend weekly / bi-weekly operations meetings with the regional office. Meetings have pre-set dates and times, OD’s must schedule all other work related and person items around this weekly / bi-weekly meeting.
OD’s must communicate clearly with their recruitment needs including what sites and specific shifts that need to be filled by the recruiting department.
Other duties of the ODs are the following:
OD will respond in a timely manner to all emails, phone calls, texts, and any other means of communication from Security Specialists.
OD will write and make known post orders for all sites in Track Tik. OD will be responsible for company and client assets at sites such as binders, radios, etc. OD will perform weekly checks of each site.
OD must ensure that all sites are in compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws including but not limited to employee breaks and access to a restroom.
OD will embody professionalism while performing duties for CGS through professional attire, appearance, and conduct.
OD will strictly enforce the uniform standard.
OD has the ability to give verbal and written warnings to Security Specialists.
Management position that will assist with:
Nightly Site audits Overnight call offs
Client Emergency calls
Employee Training
Answering employee questions/callouts overnight
Will work hand in hand with Track Tik Guard Tour security software
Interaction with mobile division

Looking for someone who has prior experience in both customer service and security and has a stable work history. Management experience is not a necessity for this position, we will train the right motivated individual. Anyone with experience in business sales is a plus! Must have a reliable vehicle. This is a salaried position and does offer medical benefits after 60 days of employment.
