Advanced Professional Security offers comprehensive and high quality armed and unarmed security guard services. We provide integrated and cost-effective security solutions for commercial and residential security guard services in Arizona and Colorado. We have a diverse range of services to meet our customers’ requirements and have a broad geographic footprint to meet demand for security patrol services, camera surveillance and executive protection.
We are looking for a Scheduler to perform variety of supervision responsibilities. Come join our team in our new corporate office in Denver, Co.
Assist with on boarding and training. Some HR experience and payroll experience preferred.

Contribute to the recruitment, selection, and training of security officers for each site.
Prepare and ensure that all schedules are handled effectively meeting client requirements.
Ensure all security officers deliver high quality service by reviewing daily activity reports.
Perform any necessary corrective action in a timely manner to improve quality of service.
Serve as a key point of client contact.
Build positive and productive relationships with clients for business growth.
Assist in development and administration of budget in relation to assigned account.
Execute a variety of supervision responsibilities for assigned accounts.

Who we are looking for:

Must have at least 2 years of scheduling experience
Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work

Requirements:
Scheduling over 100 Security Officers. Managing and assigning new hires, submitting payroll times, ensuring adequate coverage based on the client needs. The scheduler will manage time-off requests, shift change requests, call offs, disciplinary, and time and attendance. Assist with on boarding and training. Some HR experience and payroll experience preferred.

Team player able to take direction
Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
Three years of prior experience in the security industry.
Five years relevant experience: Preferred
One year’s leadership experience: Preferred
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients.
Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.
Understanding of a variety of security and safety devices and controls.
Ability to track and maintain schedule assignments.
Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with unusual circumstances.
Planning, organizing and leadership skills.
Oral and written communications skills.
Ability to take initiative and achieve results.
Ability to carry out multiple assignments concurrently.
May be required to work overtime without advance notice.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
