Ext. Qualifications/Skills
You must have…..
Completed College or University.
Superior communication skills (both verbal and written) and experience working on a team.
The ability to multi-task and stay organized
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
5 years related customer service experience (preferably within pension/financial services or insurance industry).
A “can do” positive attitude.
Bilingual speaking skills (EN/FR) is an asset.
