Job Description : Royal Automotive is currently hiring an Automotive Service Advisor. We are looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our team. Advisor will be responsible for preparing and maintaining our lot cars for resale as well as communicating with customers and vendors after the sale.Job Description Includes. Greet Customers. Verify appointments. Drop off and pick up vehicles to and from automotive shops. Consult with automotive shops about necessary repairs. Provide customers or management with in-depth information about available parts and/or repair options. Answer questions about service outcomes. Provide customers with updates regarding the status of their vehicle. Effectively communicate with upper management.Job Qualification:Upbeat and positive attitudeSelf-Motivated
Customer service skillsDetail orientedValid Driver’s LicenseHigh school or equivalent (Preferred)
Driver’s License (Required)Clean Driving Record

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,460.00 – $5,000.00 per month
