Position : Single Family Home Construction Project Manager

Job Description : Residential Construction Project Manager for the construction of 15-24 homes annually. Position is already established with contractors that have been working with Premier Community Homes for 20-30 years. Most of the homes will be modular, so the amount of contractors is reduced to about 10 to 12. Most of the work is at the front end, in building the foundation for the home. The remainder of the work emphasis is getting the plumber, and electrician inspections passed by the Counties.

Looking for a mature project manager with past experience in the homebuilding business. Computer skills are a must.
Scope of work:
* Schedule contractors for their work on each home.
* Approve invoices from Contractors.
* Schedule inspections with the County through the County portal system on your computer.
* Complete service orders with contractors
* Order material for contractors used on each job.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $77,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
Supplemental Pay:

Bonus pay

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Project management: 3 years (Preferred)
