Overview
This role lies at the intersection between how our brands show up in the world and how our consumers interact with our brands. You will manage our social feeds, content strategy/creative/ execution, develop and write strategic email and newsletter flows, and track audience behavior to continually optimize and remain fresh and relevant. We are seeking a creative, spirited, and inspired social and content lead who thinks wholistically, works strategically, and creates memorable work that works.

Marketing, Sales, finance, and leadership.
The kind of things you’ll do:
Advise on and develop strategy to ensure the right message is seen by the right person at the right time
Write, develop, and execute various email workflows: welcome emails, win-back flows, new product campaigns, and original stories for blogs, newsletters, and our site
Manage, grow, optimize, and populate our social feeds with strategic and creative posts that drive engagement and conversion
Work with marketing team on DTC-related creative efforts
Coordinate social and content launches and efforts with our public relations partner
Work with marketing and finance to develop budgets for social and content needs
Accurate and timely reports on audience behavior and engagement
Continually and efficiently update leadership on progress, industry and category trends that impact our business, and ensure greater clairvoyance around performance and potential issues.
Work with marketing to ensure all sales materials around our brand foundations are updated and current
Work with photographers, filmmakers, and other creative partners to develop nothing short of the best content in the category
Assist with event and tradeshow planning, scheduling, booth arrangement and set-up, staffing and sampling needs
Ensure maximum brand visibility and marketability within accounts to ensure greater competitiveness
Travel for events, content production, sales meetings, food demos, shop visits, and trade shows

Have strong communication skills via multiple mediums including in-person, phone, email, virtual meeting platforms, including written and verbal skills
Can manage complexity and multiple priorities simultaneously
Have a strong desire and motivation to role your sleeves up and dig in on projects and see through to completion
Are proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) and experience working with AOP’s existing inventory management software
Are willing to travel for sales related functions
You Have At Least (Required Qualifications): Bachelor’s Degree in a Graphic
Design, Marketing, Communications, or similar subject area.
Are proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.), Adobe Creative Suite, Klayvio or similar email platforms, and Hootsuite or similar content management platforms.
Three years of experience in managing and developing content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and brand storytelling.
The ability to provide examples of previous design/development work and social media community growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
