Job Description : H2O Digital Marketing is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to help us support our growing client base. We focus on helping clients craft, navigate and execute their digital marketing strategies and plans. Our client profile spans local retail businesses, franchises, and large clients across multiple industries. We pride ourselves on bringing great ideas and professional execution to the table with each engagement and always encourage our team to think outside the box to help our clients succeed.If you pride yourself on your creative and innovative social media skills and are a master of multi-tasking then this is the job for you!The Role: The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing social media posts and campaigns. The primary focus on community management, engagement and editorial for our various clients.Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain Content Calendars, including writing social media posts across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc)Assist with creation of images to support social contentPost relevant content in accordance with Content CalendarReview user generated comments & posts in a quick & timely mannerRespond to comments, when appropriate to foster a positive community & add value to the user’s experienceThe Ideal Candidate has: At least 1 year experience in Social Media MarketingEducational background in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or English preferredExcellent command of (written) English, including strong and creative copy-writing and editing skillsAdvanced knowledge of Social Media platforms – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok etc.,Beginner knowledge of analytics, tracking and social media monitoringWillingness and ability to create social media posts dailyKnowledge of digital media software – Photoshop or other graphic design software is preferredDetail oriented skill set and possesses excellent writing, communications and interpersonal skillsPlease indicate on resume any hobbies or special interests as they may be relevant to handling our clients accountsWhy join H2O?We are a fun loving group that works collaboratively to help our clients achieve their goals.
