Position : Staffing Coordinator
Job Description : Full Time Human Resources Assistant/Staffing Coordinator- $17.50/hr
***$1000.00 SIGN ON BONUS FOR FULL TIME***
Dependable Schedule: 8:30am to 5pm, Tuesday-Saturday

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Coordinate staff scheduling through On Shift App based electronic scheduling system
Coordinate new hire training and support new employee orientation process
Data entry support related to payroll, time & attendance in Kronos
Assisting with recruitment efforts through application reviews and phone screenings
WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and the flu
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1-year office/clerical experience including alphabetizing, filing, photocopying, record retention
Proficient in verbal and written English
Good communication and relationship building skills
Experience creating staff schedules for multiple work groups on multiple shifts in a 24 hour work environment
Experience with time clock, timekeeping and employee self-service software
