Job Description : Company Overview
Voyager Home Healthcare is headquartered in Colorado Springs and currently provides in-home Nursing, Certified Nursing Assistant, and Personal Care Worker services throughout the state of Colorado.
We also have three CNA schools (https://www.getcna.co/) which are unique in that they allow students to take their classes in an online format while enabling them to attend in-person clinical and practice labs. We recently opened office locations in Denver and Pueblo and are currently in the process of expanding our home healthcare services and CNA schools to the states of Florida and Arizona.
Our company is aggressive in our development and relentless in our innovation. We are looking for individuals who wish to grow with us as we continue our unrelenting expansion throughout the United States and into several different healthcare-related industries.
Position Overview
The staffing coordinator plays a pivotal role within the company. They are the primary manager of CNAs and PCWs and assume the role as a point of contact for many of our private pay and Medicaid patients. In essence, the Staffing Coordinator is at the nexus of much of what we do.
Job Duties

Schedule clinical staff (PCWs and CNAs) for client cases
Foster and maintain positive relationships with our PCWs and CNAs
Problem-solve and staff cases when there are last-minute call-offs
Handle client requests, complaints, and other communication
Train in PCWs and CNAs at cases and ensure they are providing care correctly
Answer administrative-related questions via phone call or text message

Ideally, we would hire these individuals with the intention that they would become Human Resources Specialists, progress to Human Resources Managers, advance to Human Resources Directors, and eventually be Director of State-Wide HR Operations.
There are certain positions, such as a Director of Nursing, where additional education and licensure is legally required but, in most instances, we are willing to invest in required employee education outside of Voyager.
Pay and Hours
This position starts at $27/hour
Monday-Friday (8 am-430pm) with a 30-minute lunch break
Recruitment and Staffing
After six months of employment; 12 days of Paid Time Off a year. 3 additional paid holidays (Christmas Day, Independence Day, and Thanksgiving) 7 optional holidays that you can choose to either have to work or have an unpaid day off. These include

Advancement
Voyager just recently expanded to Denver and Pueblo. We will eventually require a Director of Staffing for the entire state. The growth potential is substantial. We do not simply want cogs in the machine. We legitimately want individuals who wish to grow with us.
