Job Description : Position: Staffing Receptionist/Administrator
Company: Staffing Network
Location: 1950 W Indian School Rd Suite 4, Phoenix, AZ 85015
Days: Monday- Friday
Reg. Hours: 8am-5pm; OT as needed
Pay: $14-$15/hr
Seeking a Receptionist for our Pheonix Office.
Requirements/ Job Duties:
· Bilingual in English and Spanish
· Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
· Data Entry into the Avionte system
· Uploading documents
· Answering inbound/making outbound calls
· Making appointments, accepting walk-ins, setting up Applicants to fill out online applications,
· Performing Onboarding/ sending hire documents online, completing I-9 forms
· Collecting Timesheets from clients and uploading to payroll folder.
· Pays close attention to detail
· Ability to multitask and prioritize
· Excellent time management skills
· HR and Recruiting background a plus
