Job Description : Brand new automotive oil and lube shop in the Ahwatukee area seeking a
Store Manager – Automotive Oil and Lube Shop to oversee all daily operations and assist in establishing and growing our store and possibly future stores.
This is an ideal role for an experienced Store Manager or someone with a foundation of knowledge in the automotive industry who is ready to take the next step forward in their career. This position will oversee a team of 7-8 employees with the intention of growing the team to 12+, the ideal candidate will be a driven and motivated individual ready to take on the challenge of managing a brand new shop, building the team, and establishing a winning culture. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of your service center and leading the team to profitability through managing key performance indicators such as oil change count, sales, labor, customer satisfaction scores, and more.
Responsibilities:
Meet all budgets consistently (Sales, oil change counts, labor, NPS Scores, etc)
Create a weekly, well-planned schedule
Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations
Store and Equipment Maintenance
Effective problem-solving skills/solutions with customers and employees
Build a positive culture in their service center through core values and encouragement
Interviewing and hiring new employees for the service centers
This is a direct-hire, long-term career opportunity with a busy and growing organization.
The starting base pay range is $55K-$60K plus benefits and incentives and tremendous room for advancement.
