Job Description Summary:

This key position will support our current workload with municipalities, DOTs, government agencies, and private land developers across the United States. Job Description/Internal Job Description:
SurvWest is seeking a PROJECT MANAGER in our ENGLEWOOD, COLORADO OFFICE.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Prepare proposals, project schedules, and weekly summary sheets.
Active engagement in the planning, scheduling, and coordinating of field crews and office work.
Managing project deliverables and project related correspondence to meet deadlines.
Ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and financial performance of assigned projects.
Maintaining quality assurance and safety on all projects.
Serving as a representative of SurvWest at project meetings.
Build relationships with potential and existing clients to foster long-term relationships.
Utilize CAD or appropriate software applications to produce field packets and client deliverables.
Assist in the preparation of monthly invoicing.

Qualifications:

Two (2) years of Utility, Utility Engineering or SUE experience required.
Must have solid time management with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
Must be organized and thorough in project related tasks.
Must have experience in the development of client relationships.
Ability to effectively network to obtain strategic growth for new business and key clients.
Ability to work in the field and office to learn SUE & Land Surveying services, as needed.
Ability to travel as necessary in support of projects within Colorado and the company.
Ability to learn new software to support both field and office operations.
Ability to supervise and mentor staff as needed.
Must have good communication & problem-solving skills.
OSHA Safety Certification & First-Aid training is a plus.
Prior utility or geophysical related experience is a plus.
Ability to work in an office environment that offers flexibility.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
