Job Description : Alarm Guard is the largest TELUS TRUSTED PROVIDER in Canada and is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people and information to increase home safety and peace of mind.Are you looking for a Summer Job or a permanent full-time position? We are hiring!Your responsibilities: Work with TELUS Promotions Team and travel to different locations of GTA, transportation will be provided by the company.Make product presentation with homeowners/renters and then let your, team leader, answer the questions and close the deal for you.Advise clients and make recommendations about home automation and protection needsBe knowledgeable about the products, services, and promotional campaigns being offered by presenting customized solutions to our clientGenerate leads out of probable customers and pass them on to Team Manager and Supervisor.Compensation: Performance-based, average of $600-$800 /week (based on the number of sales closed by your Team Leader) plus monthly cash incentives.Eligible for BONUSES and incentivesRequirements during the initial training period: Available to work for 5 days a week between 1-9 pmWilling to travel to different locations of Toronto/GTA along with a teamin the company’s vehicleConfident and pleasant personality with great communication skills.Fast learnerNot afraid to meet and interact with new people regularly.Benefits: Extensive training on sales, marketing, product, negotiation and persuasion skillsOpportunity for rapid career growthTravel opportunitiesUncapped Bonus and incentivesFun and lively work cultureBrand new office space with indoor-sports facilities and gymJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contractSalary: $30,000.00-$60,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:Bonus payCommission payBenefits:Casual dressCompany carCompany eventsOn-site gymOn-site parkingSchedule:8 hour shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Use of masks and increased sanitationAbility to commute/relocate:Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)Application question(s):Are you able to commute to our North York location for work?
