Position : Superintendent for Semi- Custom Home Builder

Job Description : Established semi-custom home builder looking for candidates who want to grow with us.
Responsibilities include:
Supervising and directing all scheduling activities with trades, vendors, and all materials necessary for completion of homes.Online program scheduling.Responsibility for all inspections, code and safety enforcement during construction.Responsibility for job costs and completion time.Meeting with homeowners and staff during the construction process.Problem-solving issues that arise and relay concerns to management.Performing daily quality control walks throughout each project every day.Maintaining a positive outlook while keeping the sites clean and safe.
Requirements:

Pre-employment drug screening required
Minimum of 5 years of semi-custom/custom home building experience.
Computer skills for record keeping and electronic scheduling.
Ability to supervise multiple projects at a time.
Reliable transportation.
Able to carry and lift objects of a minimum of 50lbs.
Work in all weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
