Position : Superintendent
Job Description : As Superintendent you will assist with numerous responsibilities both in the field and in the office, as outlined below. The overall goal of this position is to help facilitate completion of residential and commercial construction projects on-time and on-budget with a high-quality finished product. The Superintendent will assist in the development and construction of the following projects:
Two (2) 6,000 SF residences in Aspen expected to break ground in Q2 2022
Close-out and completion of two (2) residences currently under construction
Responsibilities will include:
Maintain positive and productive General Contractor (GC) and key Subcontractor relationships.
Daily site walks to assist GC partners in detecting deficiencies and controlling quality.
Review submittals and RFI’s. Coordinate with Project Team for responses.
Review work in place for conformance with the contract documents as well as approved submittals.
Monthly review of contractor payment applications to ensure billings reflect work completed.
Weekly generation and distribution of construction updates for financial partners.
Liaise with local building officials, fire department, water and sanitation department, public works and other local agencies that are critical to construction.
Attend OAC meetings and other critical construction meetings.
Regularly track construction progress against the project schedule.
Assist in punch list process and back walks.
Assist in the management of project close out, punch list process, and walks with the buyers.
Compensation: $120,000-$200,000 / year + bonus Benefits & Perks:

Minimum Requirements
Experience in residential and commercial construction.
Experience working with architects and contractors.
Ability to review in-progress construction work to ensure outstanding quality control and to confirm compliance with plans and specifications.
Ability to hold contractors accountable for cost, schedule and quality, while maintaining positive relationships through a team-based approach.
Exceptional attention to detail – both in the field and with paperwork.
Well-organized.
Solid working knowledge of primary MS Office applications and Bluebeam.
Quick learner, flexible and adaptable. Comfortable on a dynamic team with shifting responsibilities.
Three (3) to seven (7) years’ experience in field operations.
