Job Description : Supply Chain Analyst (Denver, CO)

Kelly Services is currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst for one of our top clients in Denver, CO.
As a Supply Chain Analyst placed with Kelly Services, you will serve as an integral member of our client’s Production Management and Logistics Department. Primary responsibilities will include reviewing and tracking orders, providing administrative support for supply chain and logistics functions, including pulling reports, exporting data, updating customers, and providing ad hoc support to other analysts. Qualified candidates will have a Degree in Business Management or Supply Chain and strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and v lookups. Previous related experience is preferred; however, candidates with zero years of experience will be considered if they possess a Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or something transferable. Candidates may substitute relevant experience for a Degree. An understanding of inventory is preferred. This is a great opportunity for someone who excels in a fast paced work environment! Additional Job Responsibilities Include:

Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of transactions processed
Conducting research on discrepancies and making appropriate corrections or adjustments
Responding to and resolving inquiries
Posting and verifying data
Running and preparing routine reports and analyses

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Supply Chain, highly preferred
1 plus year of Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation or Procurement experience, highly preferred
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and v lookups, required
Reconciliation experience, required
Experience with a large ERP system, highly preferred
Ability to work accurately under time constraints
