Job Description : Reporting to: Manager, Support Administrator

Location: Denver, CO

Inspirato is looking for a customer-minded support specialist with a passion for solving problems. The Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to Inspirato’s custom built web applications and third-party systems. This role will require an expert understanding of the Inspirato product and member lifecycles, as well as an in depth understanding of system interactions.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming tickets and issues related to internally built software and third-party systems
Acknowledge, capture, categorize and track all support issues and enhancement requests
Research and respond to queries either in person, via email, or virtually
Create and maintain system documentation (i.e. training manuals or how-to videos)
Administrate and manage JIRA project and issue tracking system
Complete regular user access reviews across our applicable technology systems
Grant, adjust, and remove access levels for employee onboarding, changes, and offboarding ticketing requests
Must be willing and motivated to learn how the business uses its technical systems

Required Skills: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

Experience with JIRA (or similar ticketing systems), SQL, and Salesforce a plus

Proven ability to collaborate well across functions and departments, think creatively, and solve problems
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a support admin team

Compensation – $45,000- $58,000 Base Salary

We believe in building a compensation structure that reflects the comparable market pay rate for positions at companies similar in size, revenue generation and geographic location; in addition to individual factors including seniority, performance-based merit, education/training and experience related to scope of responsibilities.

Bonus – This position is eligible for the company’s bonus plan, to the extent offered, at a target bonus percentage of up to 10% of your annual salary.

Benefits – This position is eligible for a health and welfare benefits package including medical, dental & vision insurance.

FAM Trip – This Position is eligible for the Employee Familiarization Travel Program following three (3) consecutive months of employment. This program provides you up to one seven (7) day reservation in an eligible Inspirato property per your employment calendar year – subject to seasonal property demands and the company Employee Familiarization Travel Program Terms and Conditions.
