**Team member must be in good standing to qualify for Bonus Pay out (no documented performance in their employee file)**
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Maintains the efficient operation of Table Games by ensuring adequate staffing for games through diligent and cost-effective scheduling.
· Ensure gaming table availability based on business volume, monitor table minimums and maximums, and adjust as necessary.
· Prepare reports and documents that are generated according to established policies and procedures in accordance to Colorado Gaming Regulations and in house guidelines.
· Ensure policies, procedures, and gaming regulations are adhered to and consistently followed by table games team members.
· Resolve guest disputes, make gaming decisions, grant approvals as needed and notify appropriate personnel according to established procedures.
· Develops team members by interviewing potential candidates for positions within the table games department, recommending best qualified candidates, monitoring team member performance, conducting performance appraisals, training, coaching, mentoring and issuing corrective action as needed as well as recommending separation when appropriate.
· Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
· Responsible for the proper handling of all incidents in the pit of an irregular nature (i.e., disputes, drunk or disorderly behavior, high rollers, etc.)
· Maintain the highest standards of guest service at all times.
· Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
· Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Must be 21 years of age.
· Must be able to obtain a valid Colorado Gaming License.
Pay: $60,000 – $70,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time
