We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join the team, who has impact and can operate end to end across the entire Talent landscape both external and internal.The opportunityThese are exciting times at Teamwork as we build and deliver on our growth strategy, with the Talent agenda front and centre to our success. As we grow our business both in Europe and North America you will work closely with our Hiring Managers, and be so much more than merely an inhouse recruiter. With a focus on impact, you should be able to flex your style and approach according to the need and be able to tailor your interventions accordingly , from full service end to end , to more targeted advice and support where appropriate. Though, it’s not all recruitment , there will be opportunities to work on Talent related projects eg. Talent Brand and Customer Experience. This role is a high profile with visibility across Teamwork . We’re eager to welcome you with open arms and will provide you with support necessary to succeed, whilst also allowing you the autonomy to spread your wings and fly . Longer term as we and you grow , there will be opportunities to move on and up in the organisationWhat good looks likeExperience from a fast moving , deadline oriented, ever-changing, ideally SaaS environment3-5 years as Talent Acquisition specialist , working in house on any mix of Tech, Product Design, Sales and Marketing rolesAn inquisitive and curious mind , keen and quick to assess and understand candidate motivations.A passion for Hiring Manager satisfaction and the best possible Candidate ExperienceAbility to navigate cultural differences and build global but locally relevant solutionsFlexible communication style with the agility to quickly build meaningful and impactful relationships ,plus strong communication skills across all levels of the organisation.Excellent organizational skills, time management and priority setting enabling you to stay ahead of curveSelf-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaborativelyComfortable with accepting and taking responsibility , with a solutions/outcome based growth mindset .Pragmatism and humility that is engaging and builds trust especially with your peers, co workers and leaders.Demonstrating integrity , reliability and trustworthiness, as well as showing patience and flexibility when facing unexpected obstaclesComfortable working with and using Applicant Tracking Data to inform decision making but also compliant and rigorous with data to enable accurate and meaningful reporting.Proficient in using Google DocsA sense of fun !What you can expectWe are a remote-first team, with the option to work out of our Cork HQ campus, Belfast or Boston hubs – or fully remotely.
