We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to guide our TA Team in delivering creative recruiting solutions. You will enable our organization to attract and hire high top-tier, diverse talent for a company passionate about it’s people.

What You Will Be Doing
Ability to negotiate, prioritize, plan and execute methods to meet companies hiring goals
Use data to influence decision making
Be creative and bold in methods to attract quality talent
Help build our employer brand proposition through partnerships and events
Recruit senior level hires for the company
Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to understand the current and future talent needs of the organization
Help build brand awareness through the use of Social Media and other platforms
Effectively utilize the Company’s recruiting and applicant tracking platforms
Help coordinate and implement an internship program
What You Need for this Position
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting background (Construction, manufacturing and/or renewables)
Industry related connections
Strong understanding of recruiting practices and sourcing methods
The ability to analyze tasks and projects from most urgent to least, flexibility to re-prioritize as necessary
Must thrive in a detail-oriented, fast paced, metrics-oriented environment
