This position is based in Colorado. While we can be flexible in a hybrid arrangement, our anticipation to foster ongoing communication with our teams would be for this individual to be on site more than not. Ability to attend in-person local campus recruiting and campus relationship building events is required.

What You Bring to the Table
Richey May is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to focus on our interns and entry-level campus hires. This is a dynamic opportunity to forge relationships with campus faculty and organizations, meet students from various backgrounds, and partner with Service Line Leaders to guide the campus recruitment strategy for Richey May. You are someone that enjoys building and maintaining meaningful relationships, providing a great candidate experience and being an ambassador for all of Richey May.
What You Would Do
Our Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage Richey Mays intern and entry-level hire recruiting process and play a key role our annual Summer Leadership Experience program. You will play a key role in the success of the team by serving as the go-to for campus intern and associate hires, be the liaison between campus contacts, students, and internal hiring teams to assist with the candidate identification and selection. You will evaluate and measure campus recruiting results and help identify potential areas of improvement within the campus recruiting process.

Pay
$60,000 $85,000 per year
