JOB SUMMARY:
Are you interested in learning about all areas of Human Resources? As a Talent Specialist at ZIVARO, you will play a critical role in growing an industry-leading Information Technology company as well as performing Human Capital (HC) administrative tasks. This position is a dual role split between recruiting and HR responsibilities and will allow you to learn both sides of the “people” side of the business. You will administer various HC related processes including, but not limited to talent acquisition, administrating HRIS programs, completing required reports, assisting with employment life cycle tasks, compliance initiatives, and special projects.

RECRUITING POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Senior Technical Recruiter with full cycle recruitment for ZIVARO with emphasis on technical positions to include sourcing, networking, resume review, phone, and virtual interviews
Cold calling and candidate development from research sources, databases, and internet tools
Manage job postings in our ATS and various job boards and ensuring OFCCP compliance
Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies to pipeline a diverse pool of candidates for each job opportunity, including a variety of electronic media and social networking
Assist in continual improvements to the recruiting process through documentation and training
Document and maintain robust database of all candidates and open positions to enable tracking of status and metrics gathering
Work with recruitment agencies
Partner with career centers at colleges, universities, etc. to promote internships.
Assist in corresponding with all applicants based on pre-determined timeline to ensure a positive candidate experience
Attend hiring fairs, career events and promote company culture at external events
Ensure participation in the department’s diversity hiring initiatives
Other duties as assigned
HUMAN CAPITAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
Assists with managing ISO compliance, updating training and working with departments on competency communications of employees.
Assist HC team with managing OFCCP regulations and deadlines; gathers data for AAP, EEO-1 and VETS4212 reports annually; and help with diversity outreach programs.
Assist with administrative duties of the employee life cycle (i.e., onboarding, personnel changes, offboarding) within our ATS and other required systems
Update and maintain job descriptions according to our company guidelines
Ensure updated company organizational charts
Ability to update and maintain required department reporting metrics
Assist with maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum of one (1) year of recruitment experience
A sense of urgency to fill the job positions with the qualified candidates
Ability and willingness to maintain confidentiality
Good computer skills
Ability to fully represent Zivaro’s Core Values of Passion, Teamwork, Integrity, and Accountability
Detail oriented with the ability to document processes and develop checklists of processes
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Self-motivative and problem solver
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and handle several projects simultaneously
Able to take directives and deliver projects in a timely matter
U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for most positions at Zivaro due to security clearance guidelines required by government/federal contracts held by Zivaro.
