WHAT: Open Auditions FOR: Exclusive Team Member Position WHERE: The Wild Animal Sanctuary – Keenesburg, CO The Wild Animal Sanctuary is a place where motivated change makers can immerse themselves into a dedicated community, working side by side to provide a safe-haven for rescued animals to live out rest of their lives with dignity and respect. We are so much more than a workplace. We are a team committed to service, to bettering our communities, and the world. We are always seeking new opportunities and developing solutions that allow us to maintain the highest level of care for the animals we rescue, as well as educate the public about the plight of captive born and bred animals worldwide. As the oldest and largest non-profit carnivore Sanctuary in the world, our visionary approach is simple: EVERYTHING we do is for the animals. This isn’t the Peace Corps… and we’re not the Marines… but if you combined the two concepts, and applied them toward helping animals through hard work, personal sacrifice and steadfast dedication, then you would know what we are all about. If being able to make a real and tangible difference in this world fuels your spirit – as does giving to others for the right reasons – then you are not alone. Our team members openly and gladly devote their lives to a singular cause that is hands-on, challenging, innovative, taxing and pushes limits. They are the best of the best! The Wild Animal Sanctuary has endless opportunities where our team members continue to develop personal and professional skills while growing their knowledge base through hands-on and peer-to-peer training. If you are unsure about fitting in, don’t worry, since we can match base skill sets to needs within our organization and then provide the resources and training for you to become a competent, well-rounded, and highly-valued team member. Committed and highly contributing team members receive compensation ranging from $40,000 to $85,000/year. Politics and selfish behavior are not allowed, and we do not sweat titles or positions.
