You’ll learn a lot about the virtual reality industry with us, and of course, play lots of games too.Requirements· This role requires availability on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Statutory Holidays.· The role may also schedule additional hours throughout the week for training or events.Competencies We’re Looking For: · Enjoys teaching others – when others experience or learn something new for the first time.· Intelligence – Learns quickly. Demonstrates ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information.· Strong customer service – Is patient with the customer regardless of technological affinity, gaming background, and/or disabilities, and takes time to listen and understand concerns of the customer; can diffuse tense customer service moments when they arise· Tech-savvy – Is well informed about and proficient in the use of modern technology, especially computers (knowledge with VR is a bonus)Looking forward to hearing back,Levelup RealityJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, SeasonalSalary: From $15.00 per hourAdditional pay:Bonus payCommission payOvertime payTipsSchedule:Weekend availabilityCOVID-19 considerations:All equipment is sprayed down with isopropyl alcohol and cleaned with antibacterial wipes.
