Job Description : We are seeking a Customer Enthusiasm and Engagement Specialist!
The successful candidate is responsible for building a relationship with our clients from the moment they start onboarding, and for being their advocate and source of encouragement throughout their subscription. Your job will be to understand their concerns, goals, frustrations, excitements and work to communicate those back to the rest of the team.
In some companies, this role might be called “customer retention” but we prefer being far more proactive than trying to save a client already on their way out.
This position spans departments, and as such, will do training in technical and customer support, client onboarding, and even train in a client’s business to understand their day-to-day operations. If you have experience in technical and customer support, this position is a perfect fit.
This is currently a remote position and will train you onsite for 2-3 weeks. You MUST be local so we can train you onsite. Your job will include documentation of issues, interactions, and resolutions; identifying areas for client growth; advocating for clients in meeting with company stakeholders; technical support; relationship building; and demanding excellence from other departments on behalf of clients.
Qualifications:

MUST HAVE 2 years’ experience in Tech Support and customer service
Excellent communication skills. Being able to build a rapport with clients is critical!
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
