Job Description : Earn $18/hr as a Customer Service Representative
Volt in partnership with Verifone is currently placing qualified Technical Customer Service Representatives in East Tucson. If you are motivated, friendly, tech savvy and want to work on a winning team in a call center environment, apply today! We are hiring immediately! To be considered, all applicants MUST live in Tucson, AZ. This is NOT a remote position.
Responsibilities:

Assists customers with installation, operational, maintenance and or training related inquiries for products and applications
Follows documentation and training materials to diagnose, resolve and escalate customers’ calls
Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures using established procedures
Develop and maintain positive customer relations while coordinating with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
Deliver world-class customer service in call center environment

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Strong telephone and communications skills
Practical computer skills including use of MS Windows and MS Office
Accurately type 25 words per minute
Previous Technical Support experience a PLUS
Associate degree from an accredited college or university preferred or one-year of related experience with general high school education acceptable
This is NOT a remote position, all candidates must live in Tucson, AZ
