Job Description : About Debittech POS (Point of Sales): Debittech is a premier point of sales solution provider in Ontario designed to provide complete merchant service solutions which includes integrated payment processing, Digital Menu Boards and Point of sale systems.Job Responsibilities: Walk customers through the process of installing the software on their machines and starting up the program for the first timeHelp customers troubleshoot issues they encounter while using the software or hardware and provide actionable tips to resolve the problemSend technical documentation to customers who have lost or misplaced theirsRefer difficult cases to a senior analyst or support techAssume remote control over customers’ computers when necessary to resolve problemsMake hardware recommendations for customers whose machines cannot support the softwareConfigure and deploy payment terminalsQualifications: High school diploma/GED requiredMinimum 1 year experience in information technology or technical supportExtensive familiarity with Windows operating systemsWorking knowledge of computer hardware / software options and functionality preferredJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $32,000.00-$55,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:Overtime paySchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:Secondary School (preferred)Experience:Customer service: 1 year (preferred)Expected start date: 2022-03-14
