POSITION SUMMARY

This entry-level, part time position is mainly administrative. You will be responsible for preparing test packages, test processing, and reviewing data. This position will also provide technical and procedural support for basic issues to test centre personnel on test day and ensure that all test sittings are delivered smoothly and on time.
Please note that weekday, weekend, morning, and evening working schedules are required. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and being comfortable working with technology is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Answering questions about policies and procedures
Troubleshooting minor technical issues related to test delivery
Ensuring tests start on time and all results are received
Preparing test packages and materials for test delivery
Processing and reviewing uploaded test packages for discrepancies, errors, and other issues

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years post secondary education
Strong interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Works well under pressure
Experience in troubleshooting computer-related issues
Excellent oral and written communications
Strong eye for detail
Experience delivering CELPIP and/or CAEL tests is preferred, but not required

Other Requirements

Willingness to work weekdays, weekends, mornings, evenings, or other times when Paragon’s tests are delivered
Canadian citizenship, Canadian permanent residence, or permit to work in Canada
