We are seeking an Environmental Test Technician who will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of thermal, thermal vacuum, and vibration test equipment in support of satellite circuit card, module, and box level testing.

Successful candidate must possess the ability to work well with others on the team and be able to communicate technical issues to Test Engineers and Managers, and follow written test procedures.

The test lab is a 24 x 7, 365 days per year operation. Therefore, off shifts, weekend, and holiday support will often be required. Shift assignment is on a by management decision.

This position is located at a facility that requires special access. U.S. Citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
General operations knowledge.Basic understanding of instrumentation and process control.Basic mathematics.Familiarity using electrical multimeters.Willingness and ability to alternative shifts (primarily 2nd on a rotating basis) and weekends as needed.
Desired Skills:
Familiarity/experience with environmental test
operations.
Electrical manufacturing and/or testing
experience.
Mechanical troubleshooting skills.Basic understanding of vacuum processes and technology.Knowledge of proper use of standard hand
tools.
Experience working with a diverse team of new and experienced team members.
