Job Description : Overview :
The Training Coordinator is responsible for providing training-related administrative tasks as well as developing facilitation skills to potentially provide back-up facilitation in various classes offered by the Training Team. This role will provide support in the areas of scheduling, managing published courses, communication to trainees, and all class administration including LinkedIn Learning assignments, surveys, and reporting. Participates in the on-going development of a positive work environment within the Training Team, as well as within the Company, which provides a high level of service to our employees and customers.
Responsibilities :

Responsible for clerical and administrative tasks related to training and leadership development.
Schedules training events/classes and ensures employees are kept abreast of training requirements.
Manages access to LinkedIn Learning, assigns LinkedIn Learning content, and is point of contact for stores when content needs assigning. Manages reporting and upkeep of role designated courses. Follows up with learners on assigned coursework as needed.
Maintains and communicates training calendar including any changes.
Schedules meetings for trainees for HR Handbook and Benefits and ensures attendance.
Schedules IT meetings and meets with trainees prior to class to set expectations, go through needed training items, and answer questions.
Communicates with I.T. to ensure all trainees have necessary technology resources, kits, and Learner’s Guides to attend class.
Attends first day of New Hire training class to assist with technology or other issues for the Trainer.
Assists with leadership event travel coordination, classroom reservations, and arranges meals for in-person leadership training. Attends leadership events for administrative support, such as classroom set-up, providing snacks and beverages, communication with other departments, material printing, binding etc.
Sends and tracks all Survey Monkey evaluations and creates reports.
Maintains database of training participants in HR Foundations, iCIMS Training, and Interview Certification Training and follows up with those who are becoming certified.
Attends courses in adult learning, facilitation, Articulate or other topics.
Edits training content as assigned.
Attends full New Hire and full HR Foundation course with the intent of learning facilitation.

Qualifications :

Demonstrated experience with administrative tasks involving attention to detail, communication via zoom, phone and in writing, representing self, company, and the team in an appropriate manner (including proper use of English grammar, spelling and punctuation).
Ability to manage multiple, concurrent tasks with ta high level of professionalism and with a timely turn-around time.
Communication Skills: Must have the demonstrated ability to communicate with a vast array of personality types and skillsets, regardless of organizational level. Must possess good listening skills and the ability to communicate the needs and expectations of both the company and the employees.
Proficiency in the use of computers is required. Demonstrated ability to use the Microsoft Office suite and Zoom. Must be comfortable learning new technologies.
Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to be very flexible and adaptable to various situations and changing structures. Collaboration and consistent communication is required.
Presentation Skills: must have experience and comfort presenting content or speaking in front of group(s) of people.

Work Environment :

The primary environment for this role is a combination of an open office and a remote workplace. Considerable business is conducted using the telephone and computer technology. This role is expected to be on-site in Home Office approximately on an as-needed basis. Time in home office office may be for as long as a week at a time for training seminars or may be more brief visits to the office. Note that all hybrid and remote work conditions are covered in the Company’s current Remote Work Policy and Remote Work Agreement. Travel may be required to stores, conferences or events up to 10% of the time. Hours are typically 9 AM – 6 PM Mountain Time, Monday to Friday.

The salary range for this role is $22.00-28.00 per hour. The range describes the minimum to maximum likely rate for this job description in the state of Colorado. Individual pay will be determined based on skills and qualifications for the role. The salary range for this same position may be lower or higher in markets outside of Colorado.
