Position : Treatment Coordinator
Job Description : We are Boulder’s premier prosthodontic specialty practice. We’re growing and looking for a hard working, personable treatment coordinator. The ideal candidate understands patients’ needs come first and that it takes a team to realize our goals of providing the best patient care possible. Being a team player is a must; we’re looking for an experienced treatment coordinator with a good attitude and that is great with patients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable multi-tasking, working in a fast paced environment and have a passion for helping people get the smile they deserve. Must be a driven multi-tasker with effective organizational, time management and planning skills.
Responsibilities will include:
-Leading new patient consultations and presenting treatment plans.
-Educating patients on payment options and comfortable collecting payment at time of service.
-Positive attitude to overcome patient objections.
-Secure patients financial commitment to help them start the best possible treatment and keep accurate financial records.
-Coordinating surgeries and treatment with our referring offices.
-Follow up with patients who have not accepted treatment.
-Answering multiple phone lines and skillfully handle calls including incoming requests.
-Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
-Computer savvy. Experience with Dentrix and Excel is a plus!
-Reliable and prompt, customer service focused.
-Take initiative and anticipate the needs of others.

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
