This opportunity will start as a contract with a very high likelihood of conversion to Full Time employment.ResponsibilitiesLead Canada based Enterprise scale Cisco Contact Center deploymentsGather requirements from multiple stakeholders, end client, internal teams etcMake recommendations for customer solutionDevelop Architecture of customer solutionProvide SME consulting for pre sales activitiesProvide Costing and Project scopeProvide SME knowledge for contract creationPresent Solutions to end customerPlay the role of Technical Prime for contact center deliveryMange remote resources supporting deployment of CC solutionMust Have Skills5+ Years experience providing Architectural Solutions for Cisco UCCE based contact centers5+ years experience providing Consulting Services to Third Parties Expert level knowledge of CISCO products and servicesExpert level knowledge of CISCO Unified Intelligent Contact Management EnterpriseExperience deploying multiple enterprise level third party Contact Centers (1000+)Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contractSalary: $60.00-$75.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftExperience:UCCE: 5 years (preferred)Cisco contact centers: 3 years (preferred)Work remotely:Yes
