Job Description : Vice President of Land Development Homebuilder – Gulfport, MS
Ability to manage and direct housing land developments from raw land to lot completion. Experience with a production homebuilder is critical.
Expertise with budgets and overall land team operations from acquisition, entitlement process and engineering.
Position reports to COO and CEO.
Company currently in growth mode and seeks an experienced professional with excellent interpersonal skills in all areas of land development as it relates to the homebuilding process.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
