Job Description : PROGRESSIVE Political Consulting Firm seeks Voter Outreach Director
Progressive Political Consulting Firm is seeking qualified, highly motivated individuals to fill the role of Voter Outreach Director to lead voter mobilization programs in support of Democratic candidates. This position offers a competitive salary ($4,500-$5,500 per month) as well as stipends for health insurance, cell phone and laptop usage, and mileage reimbursements. If you need to relocate for the position, housing and relocation stipends may be provided. Future opportunities and promotions are also available. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis for programs across the United States.
The Voter Outreach Director manages and supervises all aspects of the paid voter outreach program including driving the recruitment, hiring and training of voter outreach teams, overseeing human resource processes like payroll, providing guidance and technical support for all staff to succeed during each phase of the program, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The Voter Outreach Director reports to an assigned Program Director or Vice-President.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $4,500.00 – $5,500.00 per month
Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
