Job Description : Job descriptionMachine Operator I (Hot Stamp)Department: Miling & EmbeddingFull-Time/PermanentTimings: 3pm -11:15pmPay: $16.50 – $17.50Job SummaryThe Machine Operator will be responsible to operate at least one of the following machines, Automated Card Inspection, Hot Stamp machines.Primary ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate selected machine as requiredWork Closely with main Operator and Production personnel to define the inspection standards for the machinesMake adjustments for proper alignment on machines when requiredResponsible for meeting all Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) deliverablesInspect the quality of cards being produced by maintaining card tolerance stated on the ISO specificationsAble to troubleshoot minor equipment problems when requiredCheck production orders prior to the start of every shift for job requirementsFollow quality checks and procedures set by Management and Quality Control DepartmentRecord inventory control and material usage per job order and update all logs associated with each machineFollow daily schedule and productivity standards set by Lead Hand is mandatoryWork Experience: A minimum of 1 year experience an asset as a Machine Operator is preferredThanks & RegardsJMHuman Resources DepartmentUnique Workforce SolutionsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $16.00-$17.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shift
