Are you an experienced warehouse person with leadership experience and are familiar with computer hardware. If so, you may be just the person we are looking for. Do you have current experience in the customer computer manufacturing, production, fulfillment, and/or distribution industry?

We are looking for a warehouse lead that can keep up with this high demand and fast pace. A creative thinker that can solve problems as they occur; while looking to the future to improve our business operations. TrinWare, a Centennial, Colorado based custom computer hardware production and fulfillment organization, is looking for a warehouse lead to elevate our business to the next level. The ideal candidate will have the desire, experience, and capabilities to become part of the operations team.
The warehouse lead is responsible for the accurate, efficient, and timely receiving, stocking, staging and shipping of all computer products and peripherals in and out of the TrinWare warehouse. This includes keeping all shelves stocked neatly and filled with product in the warehouse and throughout the facility. This individual is responsible for accurately and efficiently maintaining inventory control policies and procedures throughout the warehouse. The Lead position will work with 1-2 warehouse associates.
In addition, the warehouse Lead is responsible for the detailed kitting, fulfillment, and assembly of custom inventory and parts configuration for TrinWare clientele. The warehouse lead position will work closely with the technical production department ensuring that configured systems are prepared and packaged for shipping. This role is also responsible for confirming the organization, preparation, and serialization of the following day’s production orders assuring they have been completed before close of business. In addition, the warehouse lead will assist with customer service in Will Call and other areas of TrinWare as needed by the organization.
Experience in the computer industry is required for this position. In addition, a desire to learn new technology to help identify stock rotations will be key to the success of this position.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience as a lead or supervisory warehouse person
Minimum of a 2 Year Associates degree or related experience
Experience in the computer hardware industry is required
Lift up to 70 lbs if necessary
Ability to be on your feet 95-100% of the day
Knowledge of detailed computer products and components is preferred

Experience:

Experience with UPS World Ship, Fed-Ex, Various Courier web portals, LTL and other carrier operations and software packages
Experience with international shipping and LTL carrier documentation
Spend the majority of an 8 hour shift on your feet, lifting and moving products, assisting customers, etc.
Meticulous accuracy in shipping and receiving products
Inventory control regarding stocking, pulling orders, and maintaining an efficient warehouse operation
Experience with inventory cycle counting
Experience executing inventory counts
Detail oriented and highly organized warehouse skills are required
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Understand general FIFO and Inventory movement accounting procedures
Abiliity to execute, process, and perform mid-inventory cycle counts
Expertise in MAS90 (can be gained on the job)
Positive and energetic attitude
Team player willing to help other departments as necessary

Responsibilities:

Maintains receiving, warehousing, and supplies by leading receiving, warehousing, shipping, and distribution services
Preparation and assembly of customer specific kitting, assembly and packaging requirements
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical and cycle counts as needed; reconciling with inventory management software and the Director of Product Procurement
Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts and inspecting equipment.
Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing business goals for all stakeholders
May supervise one or more warehouse associates.
Pull, serialize, and prepare orders and shipments for the production department, will call and courier orders
Arrange and obtain quotes for courier and LTL services by predetermined courier and LTL companies
Label and stock products received in a timely and organized fashion
Ship products in a timely, efficient, proper, and professional manner
Process and sort incoming customer and vendor RMA’s in a timely and accurate fashion as required by the operation to assure operational efficiencies
Ensure that the production department’s orders & peripherals are pulled and prepared in advance for efficient and timely order processing
Organize shipping, receiving, and warehouse area each day in preparation for the next business day
Assist the Production Department in packaging finished goods accordingly
Other duties as assigned by the Technical Production Manager and/or Operations Manager of TrinWare

Relationships

The Warehouse Lead will report to the Technical Production Manager of TrinWare
The Warehouse Lead will be required to work closely with, and take direction from, the Director of Product Procurement as he or she is procuring products for the organization

Hours

The Warehouse Supervisor will work 40+ hours per week. Hours to be determined and may fluctuate with the needs of the business. From time to time overtime and weekend work may be required. We have shifts of 9 hours (1hour unpaid lunch) between 7:30am and 6:00pm.

Compensation

Salary is $22.00 – $26.00 per hour commisserate with experience and proven track record.
