You’ll also be able to take advantage of professional development, learning and growth opportunities, while working on exciting, leading-edge projects.Key AccountabilitiesAssists or provides training and development of all materials warehouse personnelReviews daily inventory activity to ensure targets are on track to be metEntry of purchase orders and order fulfillmentUse of ERP and inventory management softwareReview capacity requirements and monitor planning to ensure customer requirements are metParticipate in weekly meetings to ensure material needs and customer supply chain requirements are completed on timeManage, monitor and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for the fulfillment departmentEnsure warehouse layout supports FIFO and efficient material flow processReview set up of Min/Max and safety stock levels to ensure monthly targets are metReview weekly and long term production requirements for all lines through daily/weekly analysis of customer releases, report fluctuations and manage/ communicate changes to all departmentsAssist in the development and implementation of new processesResponsible for ensuring month end tasks are completed on timeCompletion of annual employee performance reviewsMinimum RequirementsGraduate of Supply Chain Management diploma or business degree equivalentMinimum five to seven years of experience in the field of warehousing and distribution for the residential construction industry.Strong communication and leadership skillsProven leadership of a construction team.Construction experience preferredDesired CharacteristicsAble to work in a fast paced environmentFlexible and adaptableStrong oral and written communication skillsExcellent problem solving and conflict resolution skillsWhy HomeReno DirectOpportunities to grow your careerA laid back creative environmentEmployee Health Benefits We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
