This critical function leads the shipping, receiving, mixing, and inventory control functions of our Brighton, MI location.Warehouse Worker Job Duties: Use forklift to unload supply trailers and organize inventory.Pulling and processing customer orders, completing paperwork, loading trucks and trailers.Maintain and report inventory stock counts.Rework damaged product when possible or coordinate rework with manufacturing.Maintains quality service by following organization standards.Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping and receiving area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Completes reports by entering required information.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Warehouse Worker Skills and Qualifications: Forklift operatorValid drivers license and ability to drive company vehicleMust be able to lift and handle up to 50 lbsMust be able to bend, crouch, climb stairs, walk length of warehouse and generally be on feet and moving for duration of shiftMust be able to read recipes, follow instructions and accurately measure raw materials.DependableTeamworkCoordinationOrganizationPlanningTime ManagementReporting SkillsInventory ControlDocumentation SkillsEquipment MaintenanceLocation and hours: Location – Brighton, MichiganHours – Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00 pmCompensation: Starting at $22.50 per hourJob Type: Full-timePay: $22.50 – $25.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayExperience:Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:Forklift Certification (Preferred)Work Location: One location
