Job Description : Water/Wastewater Operators – Town of Center/Center Sanitation District
The Town of Center/Center Sanitation District is increasing their talent pool .The Town of Center/Center Sanitation District is seeking two highly motivated, self-reliant Water/Wastewater Operators. The Town is willing to provide on-the-job training to a career minded candidate with a compatible background. Priority may be given to applicants with water and wastewater licenses. This is a working position that includes but not limited to working on Town collection lines, lift stations, waste water facility along with the towns water lines and water meters. The position is Full-Time, Year-Round with Full Benefits including: Competitive Starting Wage D.O.E. Paid Training, Health Insurance accrued (PTO), Paid Holidays, and an excellent Retirement Plan. Compensated weekend and on-call shifts are required. Successful candidate must be able to attain Class C Wastewater license and Class C water license. Must be able to work in all weather conditions with a small team that is responsible for varying daily tasks related to operations and maintenance, and must have a good driving record.
