Position : Web and Operations Assistant

Job Description : The following will be the main duties of this position, but please be aware that duties may evolve or additional duties may be added as needs arise:
Shipping- For customers, web orders, and staff. Handling shipping issues/claims.
Web- Assist with web returns, pull product for web orders, web product photos (no experience needed), web customer service, take care of web sales while web manager is on vacation
Schedule building maintenance- As needed: snow removal, heating & cooling, clogs, electrical issues, etc.
Operations- Assist with tagging product, checking in and unloading product, receiving, inventory checks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
