Job Description : GFL Environmental is looking for a Workday Reporting Analyst to join our HR team based in our Vaughan Corporate Office! The Workday Reporting Analyst supports an exciting portfolio of tools and reports needed to generate business insights and strategic actions across the business. They will partner closely with HR, Finance and Operations to improve and maintain the relevancy of information provided.Key Responsibilities: Manage the Ad Hoc creation and maintenance of Workday reports and dashboards to support the HR team and the businessAssist in the development and maintenance of Power BI reports using Workday and other inputsSupport broader HCM team objectives in the delivery of enhancements, projects and tasksOrganizing data into informational summaries to monitor business performanceExplore data and reports to extract meaningful insights, which can be used to better understand and improve business performanceAnalyze and recommend organizational improvements to allow the business to respond with agility to ensure we achieve targetsWork with the team to develop new dashboards that are value-added, reliable, and useful for decision making by operational teamsEnsure a high level of security, accuracy, and efficiency by conducting many tests and analyzing the results before devising new solutions or finding ways to enhance data management solutionsKnowledge, Skills and Competencies: University or College degree in HR, Business or related field of study2-4 years of experience with Workday Reporting toolsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office productsExceptional time management and prioritization skills requiredA passion for detail and drive for accuracyProven ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilitiesAble to communicate clearly with a variety of audiencesStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high paced work environment.Previous experience with Power BI an assetWe thank you for your interest.
