Job Description : ADS Account SupervisorThe Accessories Digital Solution (ADS) platform is utilized by the GM Accessories team to allow our GM dealers the ability to order accessory parts. ADS also provides eCommerce shopping integration of accessories on our GM brand and dealer websites.As an ADS (Accessories Digital Solution) Account Supervisor, you will work closely with our participating GM dealers, as well as our distribution network of ADl’s (Accessory Distributor & Installer). You will be the primary contact for these parties on our ADS program.Key ResponsibilitiesLiaison between Dealer’s, ADl’s and the GM ADS teamPerform program enrollments with GM dealersProvide GM dealers and ADl’s support on the ADS platform and programLead training initiatives with the dealer and ADI networkBe an SME on the ADS program and platformAssist in resolving dealer B2B and B2C order issues as neededMonitor and improve assigned dealers and ADl’s order fulfillment metrics related to eCommerce orders from dealer and GM brand websitesAssist GM field teams with program education and awareness.Preferred QualificationsAbility to communicate clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles- written and oral; can get messages across that have the desired effectAbility to crisply frame issues to make clear conclusions and recommendationsHigh comfort level guiding users through tasks remotely without face-to-face interactionsProficient MS Office skills, especially ExcelPrior dealership and automotive experiencePrior CRM or account management experienceExperience with WebEx and remote desktop toolsBachelor’s degree or equivalent4+ years of experienceJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $35.00 – $42.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offPaid trainingTuition reimbursementVision insuranceWork from homeSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Warren, MI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: One location
