Job Description : We are searching for a motivated Accounting Executive who is an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication and time management skills. Accounting Executives can expect to assist the Accounting department with data entry, processing, and recording transactions, updating the ledger, and having good bookkeeping skills.To be a successful Accounting Executive, you should have an understanding of basic Accounting principles and proficiency with computers and software, such as MS Excel And MS Office and Tally ERP/ Tally Prime. You should be trustworthy, efficient, and organized.Job Duties:Monitoring company accounts and conducting quarterly reviews1) Accounts payable2) Accounts receivable3) Expense reports4) Internal audits for policy adherenceAdditional Duties:1) Record keeping2) Account reconciliation3) Invoice processing4) Data entryAccounting Assistant Responsibilities:1) Good knowledge of book-keeping.2) Working knowledge of MS Word & Excel.6) Follow-up & correspondence with vendors/ suppliers/ customers relating to accounts.You should be thorough, accurate, and honest.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Mangalore – 575001, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)License/Certification:Tally (Preferred)
