Job Description : Requirements: Female accounts and administrationTally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, and preparation of debtors / creditors statements.Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments.Handling petty cash, preparing bills and receipts.Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.Thorough with statutory compliance of deducted and collected taxes viz Service Tax, TDS, Profession tax.Hands on Experience in filing the returns for GST, e-TDS, Profession tax, ESI and PF.Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assignedUpdate financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when neededPrepare and submit weekly/monthly reportsAssist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closingsAssist with other accounting projectsPersonal ProfileB.Com or M.Com or CA Inter or ICWAI InterProficient in MS Office applications (Excel & Word) is a must and experience in using Tally 9 is highly preferred.Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and ability to deal with customers and external contacts.Proactive and well organised.Ability to work independently as well as in a team.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insurancePaid sick timeProvident FundSchedule:Morning shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusQuarterly bonusExperience:Taxation: 1 year (Required)total work: 1 year (Required)License/Certification:Tally (Required)
