Job Description : Exp : 5 to 10 yrs in Manufacturing Plant mandatoryQualification: Graduate plus PG ( HR) / MBA ( HR)Roles and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for areas of Recruiting, Employee Relations, Benefits, Events, Workers Compensation and other employee-related tasks.Manages key HR Processes, working closely with the Business Teams as an HR Business Partner for on-time delivery of. # Induction and onboarding.Should be able to handle time office, attendance, salary processing.Monthly MIS, Costing, Administration Activities.Responsible for Daily Manpower Planning, Grievance handling, Employee Welfare.Exit Formalities, Separation Process, Statutory Compliances.Ensure PF, ESIC, Insurance, Mediclaim, Workmen Compensation etcContract Labour Management, Canteen.Desired Candidate ProfileMust have at least 6 + years of experience in core Plant HR Operations.Should be able to take up the responsibility of HR Department.Good in communication and interpersonal skillsCandidates with Gujarati communication skills will be preferredJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹350,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:HR: 6 years (Required)Language:Gujarati (Required)English (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
