Position : Assistant Team Lead, HR Communication
Job Description : Assistant Team Lead- HR Communications.
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Global HR Communications Consultant! In this
role, you will be responsible for partnering with our global HR team to develop our
communication content and strategy. Collaborating with a variety of HR subject matter
experts and leaders, you will play a critical role in engaging and distributing all people
related content to our employees. This role will leverage multiple media to reach our
employees – Slack, Wiki, with a strong project management and writing background, you will
ensure our employees stay engaged by creating valuable communications on policies, events
and so much more!
You will make an impact by being responsible for:
Drafting and distributing all employee communication including Compensation,
Benefits, Talent management, HR Operations & Talent Acquisition content
Preparing HR executive communications, including our leadership letters
Managing the communications calendar and partnering cross functionally to align
against our HR strategy
Partnering with our Engagement Team to create content for intranet portal
Developing and executing on HR programs across multiple channels – including
email, intranet, policies, presentation decks, etc.
Partnering across HR functions to collaborate on innovative ideas to build our
employer brand
Supporting our Global All Hands meeting as needed
You will be a great fit if you have:
Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Human Resources, Marketing or equivalent
3+ years’ experience in HR Communications or related field
Program Manager experience a plus
Knowledge of HR and Communications processes within a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
Partner closely with People Team (HR) functional leaders and the Corporate
Communications team to create communications that enhance and promote
Cvent’s HR programs (e.g., benefits, employee recognition, employee wellness,
performance management, learning and development, and compensation
initiatives)
Learn about Cvent’s HR programs to determine best channels to deliver people-
related messages to different populations
Develop and execute annual People Team (HR) communication strategy and
timelines for all repeating operational HR programs (e.g., performance
management, pay fairness summits)
Lead communication strategy, planning, and content creation for new People
Team (HR) initiatives, programs, and rollouts
Seek out innovative ways to showcase the firm’s benefits and programs, and
how we support our people through the moments that matter
Develop supporting materials (e.g., brochures, toolkits, videos, podcast
episodes, digital signage) to ensure all HR programs are understood and
effectively communicated by leadership, Talent Business Partners, and other
internal stakeholders
Work with People Team (HR) function/project leads to draft communications
messaging and plans for a variety of operational and cultural communications
and campaigns
Help ideate to improve communications capabilities and channels at CventDevelop a deep understanding of our business, benefits offerings, and employee
needs, and create branding around internal People Team (HR) initiative
Track click rate and improve readershipAdditional Comms Team functional support (e.g., metrics, request management)
as needed
