Manager based transactions – New hire / rehire, terminations, document management, term correction, LoA, document creation & issuance
HR based transactions – mass loads, payments & deductions, Administer compensation data, support compensation cycle & compensation reporting
Reporting -(ad-hoc, base), Country specific administrative activity

skills Required
Basic understanding of WFA, HR processes (COE and Ops)Proficient in MS-Office (preferably Excel)Good interpersonal and communication skills ( Verbal and Written)Administrative writing and reporting skillsProblem Solving Skills
